Big Jim's Ribs is owned and founded by "Big Jim" Sullivan. A former NFL defensive lineman, Sullivan got into the barbecue business in 1982. Big Jim's started out as a restaurant before down-sizing to the food truck seen today. Popular items include pork ribs, brisket, chicken and spicy sausage. All of the signature meats are cooked with hickory wood and served drizzled with Big Jim's signature sauce.
